Return & Refund policy

At Sparrow Lane, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or worn clothing

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale

Tester perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned if opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Send the following to our support team:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

4. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup

Customers can return the product in two ways:

Self-Shipping

You may send the product to our warehouse at your own expense.

Reshipment charge: ₹150

Reverse Pickup (Arranged by Us)

If you prefer us to arrange pickup from your location.

Reverse pickup charge: ₹250

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  1. Our team will inspect the item

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Possible refund methods include:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Original payment gateway

Refund Timeline

After approval:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

If 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received the refund, please contact our support team.

7. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item delivered

The exchange process begins after the returned item passes our quality check.
