Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
- Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered. If this happens, kindly reach out to our customer care team right away.
- We make every effort to pack your order securely to avoid any damage during transit. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Items that are damaged due to usage, mishandling, or during return transit to our warehouse will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
- If a replacement is not possible for your order, we will issue a refund of the amount you paid (excluding shipping or gift-wrapping charges).
- Products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty should be claimed directly with the manufacturer as per their terms.
- sparrowlane.in reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement request if the returned items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
How to Exchange / Return a Product
To initiate an Exchange / Return, please contact our customer care team at +91-9971283889 or email us at support@sparrowlane.in to register your request.
- Once registered, kindly repack the product securely and send it to the following address: 27B Shop No. 4, Main Market Rd, Near Transformer, Sultanpur, New Delhi - 110030
- Exchange/Return charges:
- If you ship the product back at your own expense, a reshipment fee of Rs. 150 will apply (Payable online).
- If you prefer us to arrange a reverse pickup and reshipment, a fee of Rs. 200 will apply (payable online).
- The exchange process will begin once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check.
Mode of Refunds :
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
